Servant leader with 30+ years in law enforcement, security, and emergency management. Guided by faith and the belief that “Failure is Not an Option,” Curtis is dedicated to protecting people, strengthening communities, and empowering organizations with resilience.
Curtis E. Jones is an executive security, resilience, and governance advisor serving as a Fractional Chief Security Officer (FCSO) to organizations operating in complex and high-risk environments. With more than 30 years of experience across federal service, corporate leadership, and critical infrastructure protection, Curtis advises executive teams on how to align security, business continuity, and crisis leadership into a unified governance model.

A U.S. Army veteran, Curtis served as a Military Police Officer and CID Investigator in Europe, and later as a Special Deputy U.S. Marshal in Washington, D.C. His career reflects a lifelong commitment to service, discipline, and the protection of people, operations, and national interests.

He currently serves as a Senior Leadership Planner for the Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) Exercise Series supporting Los Angeles Fleet Week, and has provided strategic security oversight for high-profile mixed-use developments, including Liberty Station in San Diego.
